2. What to expect on my first appointment?

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment which includes goal setting, detailed history taking and physical testing. This will allow for an individualized treatment plan to be created to achieve your identified goals.
3. Are you able to submit to medical aid on my behalf?

Yes, we are contracted with all medical aids and charge medical aid rates.
